Intensive Outpatient Clinician, The Family Center

With almost 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, case managers, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

We’re looking for an Intensive Outpatient Clinician to join us at our new Family Center at 1591 Taos Road in Pueblo.

What You’d Be Doing

As an Intensive Outpatient Clinician at the Family Center you would be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team working to promote healthy youth and families in an outpatient environment. Your work in case management, crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy to individuals, families, and groups means you would have rewarding opportunities to directly enhance the wellbeing of our community now and in the future.

Specifically, the Intensive Outpatient Clinician

  • Facilitates quality intensive outpatient programming among clients ranging in ages from 4 to 13;
  • Conducts intake and assessment, employing professional interpretation and clinical analysis to develop effective treatment plans;
  • Provides individual,  family, and group therapy based on assessed need;
  • Conducts case management in collaboration with resources in the community;
  • Provides crisis intervention;
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records with 100 percent compliance with Health Solutions’ standards;
  • Maintains 100 percent productivity for billable services;
  • Maintains proficiency with the electronic health record;
  • Provides consultation and education services; and
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Program Director.

What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

  • A graduate degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
  • Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours

What We’d Like to See in You—The Nice-to-Haves

  • Colorado professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least one year of mental healthcare experience with children and adolescents
  • Experience providing mental healthcare with early childhood children
  • Spanish language skills
