Recruitment Manager

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole-person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, case managers, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our human resources team at 41 Montebello Road in Pueblo.

What You’d Be Doing

As the Recruitment Manager you would focus on recruiting the clinical, medical, administrative, and support staff that would provide the very best care and customer service for our patients and clients. You would source candidate and manage the recruitment process, including Health Solutions’ applicant tracking system technology. You would monitor job market trends and analyze recruitment data, and implement best practices in recruitment.

Specifically, the Recruitment Manager

  • Works as a vital member of the human resources team and in conjunction with managers and supervisors to develop recruitment goals and strategies that support the company’s mission, values, and operational needs;
  • Researches job databases, stays abreast of market trends, and offers innovative solutions to attract high quality candidates;
  • Proactively networks and establishes effective working relationships with hiring specialists, agencies, colleges, and others;
  • Posts job vacancies and maintains internal and external job boards; 
  • Researches and suggests media for recruiting excellent job candidates;
  • Opens, closes, and monitors job postings and recruitment ads;
  • Maintains recruitment knowledge and trends within the job market overall;
  • Develops and maintains technological tools for recruitment and candidate pool development;
  • Utilizes effective initial screening methods;
  • Facilitates pre-employment and initial employment processes in concert with other members of the human resources team to provide seamless transitions among various stages of recruitment, placement, and onboarding;
  • Works with contracted placement agencies;
  • Facilitates on-site interviews (e.g., tours, meals, lodging) for candidates and represents the local community to candidates considering relocation;
  • Disseminates candidate information to appropriate executives, directors, supervisors, and managers;
  • Participates in all assigned meetings;
  • Works weekends occasionally for high-level candidate on-site interview (e.g., airport pick up, connecting with real estate agents, tours of Health Solutions facilities, and the community);
  • Represents Health Solutions in working with community agencies;
  • Manages the National Health Service Corps and Colorado Health Service Corps site certifications for the student loan repayment programs;
  • Works with colleges, universities, administrative supervisors, clinical mentors, and students as part of leading the internship program; and
  • Performs other job related responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves

  • Baccalaureate degree in a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in human resources
  • General proficiency with web-based computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Colorado driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
